Purple Cabbage

I have been reading the wonderful effects that purple cabbage has. Decided to try it out in a stir fry.....who knew it was so sweet. (and would turn everything purple - which Emma that was great).

The best.....one head goes on FOREVER. I have used it twice and still have 1/4 left. It also last forever in the fridge and doesn't spoil near as fast as other veggies.

Taking my left over and chopping it up for my Veggie Frozen Container - it will be great in soup when it gets full!
